Actually t3editor uses CodeMirror version 0.60
but on the web site of Marijn Haverbeke (http://marijn.haverbeke.nl/codemirror/) we can read :

Is it possible to move to this version ?

i'm going to upgrade the codeMirror to the current version 0.65 in the next days

Issues solved by updating the codemirror-lib.
fixed since TYPO3 4.4.beta2
