Create an Exception hierarchy for HTTP Status Exceptions

Description
This change creates an Exception hierarchy for the most frequently used cases, when a request should be canceled with an Error 40x/50x.

This sounds pretty cool, Steffen.
What would happen if these exceptions happen in CLI context? There is currently only a "exit(1)" in echoExceptionCLI(). Have you considered that case, or do you think its enough this way?
