Extract class "tx_scheduler_Module" from "mod1/index" for unit tests

Description
It would be nice if we could extract the class "tx_scheduler_Module" from "mod1/index" to a seperate file in "scheduler/class.tx_scheduler_module.php".
This makes this class ready for unit tests and test "checkDate" function for Feature #25668
I will provide a Patch in Gerrit for this.
