Description

A discussion in the v4 mailing list resulted in people expressing a willingness to get rid of PHP_SCRIPT, PHP_SCRIPT_INT and PHP_SCRIPT_EXT objects (with just one voice in favor of PHP_SCRIPT_EXT objects).

I thus propose to deprecated them all.
