Invalidate autoloader cache in em

Description
The autoloader cache should be invalidated if installing new or removing extensions in extension manager.
Patch set 1 of change I485dc62aa2d3644136392b7608c77a11cf408332 has been pushed to the review server.

Hints for testing: This can be easily tested with dbal. If installing dbal in em the BE and FE will immediately fail with a fatal error. Then typo3conf/Cache/Code/cache_phpcode/* must be manually removed to get a working environment again.
If the patch is applied, the cache files are removed on its own, BE and FE work and the timestamp on the files change, so they are re-written.
This should work in new and old em.
