Unable to reproduce.
Please describe a bit more in detail what exactly breaks and when. I understood the following:
You have page 'foo' as shortcut to page 'bar', and 'bar' is a inner page of 'foo'. After upgrading this fails for you. Is this correct? Is this 'first subpage' or a directly chosen page? What exactly fails (fatal in frontend, error in frontend, ...)
Could you please check if some extension is involved? Does this happen with a 'plain' core without further extensions?
