After updating an 4.5.7 installation to 4.6.0 all Shortcuts to a pagelevel deeper are destroyed

Description

After updating an 4.5.7 to 4.6.0 installation all Shortcuts to a pagelevel deeper doesn't work. If a new page was created and the old shortcut was put on this new page it happend. But all previous shortcuts are destroyed.

- Repeatable  with different installations on differnt linux machines -
