Listmodule: selected DB fields are not shown

Description
This bug is only with TemplaVoila.
In my opion this is some TV issue - there I reported this issue http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=18346
but I was toled to report it in core List.
I cant' tell if its a TV or a core Problem so I copy the original Report here, and include 2 Screenshots, so you know what I mean.

Both images show List of page width custom fields selected (right Side, DS and TO)
Pic list-OK-1.3.7.jpg shows TV V1.3.7 / T3 V4.2
Pic list-broken-1.6.0.jpg shows TV V1.6.0 / T3 V4.4
Here report from bugs.typo3.org:
Goto List Module, in Content/Page Table select some TV fields to be shown, e.g. Datastructure.
No values are displayed, even on Pages with selected DS/TO.
This is with V1.5+ earlier versions are not testet, but I remember this was working bevore.
Same on T3 V4.5/4.6
Guess this is due to some wrong TCA definitions?

The problem is in the t3lib_BEfunc::getProcessedValue(). It does not honor "itemsProcFunc" entry in the $TCA.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?
