Description

After translating a shortcut, the link doesn't appear in the FE.

Result for the default language:

<li class="first"><a href="fr/">Home</a></li>

Result for the translated shortcut:

<li class="first"><a>Home DE</a></li>

The <a> doesn't have a href.

If I recreate an alternative record, then the form has not the field "Shortcut Target", wich wasn't here in the first translation record:
