The "Migrate file relations" wizard fais with:
t3lib_file_exception_FileDoesNotExistException thrown in file
/home/sjbr/public_html/t3lib/file/Driver/AbstractDriver.php in line 407.
t3lib_file_Driver_AbstractDriver::getFile is looking for a file in "_migrated/pics/[imagefilename].gif" but the file does not exist.

Same happened to me. The migration wizard did not complain, but there were no images in _migrated/pics/.
