Current page has to be checked when changing workspaces

Description
IS:
When switching to another workspace there's no check if the current page is available in that workspace. This leads to nonsense output in most submodules of the web module.
SHOULD:
When switching to another workspace it should be checked if the current page is available in the target workspace. If not the next available page in the rootline should be selected.

Steps to reproduce:
- create new page in workspace
- open new page in "Pages" module
- switch to LIVE or different workspace
IS: the new page is shown in pages module, no pointer in the page tree
SHOULD: the parent page (or next accessible page in rootline) of the new page is shown in page module and highlighted in the page tree
