Description
I'm testing the update from TYPO3 4.5 to 4.7, and the "reports" and "TYPO3 manual" modules show the following error message:
Oops, an error occurred!
The path provided does not point to existing and accessible well-formed XML file ().

This happens when the backend language is set to german (maybe if set to other languages, too).
It works fine if the BE language is set to english.
All language files are updated to their most recent version.
The Apache log says "/typo3/mod.php?M=tools_txreportsM1" produces a server error 500.
There's not much else information that could point to the reason for this error.

Well, that went quicker than I thought:
After deactivating non-core extensions I found out that the extension "Web>Func, Wizards, Create page tree (wizard_crpagetree)" is to blame.
Uninstall it, and the error is gone.
