No thumbnails in readOnly select fields in TCEforms

Description

At the moment when you render a group/db select field with

'readOnly' => 1,
'show_thumbs' => 1

no thumbnails are shown. I consider this as a bug because group/file will show the thumbs with the same configruation.
If you don't want thumbs in your readOnly field you are free to set show_thumbs to 0 of course.
