Description
Player doesn't play mp3 files with flash fallback. Always "file not found".

I can confirm this. But in my kind of view it's not a bug it's a misconfiguration in TypoScript. You have to set config.baseURL and/or config.absRefPrefix in your TypoScript configuration.
