Not shure how far the FAL is finished. But an import by TS fails.
10 = IMAGE
10 {
file.import = uploads/media/
file.import.data = DB: pages:1:media
file.import.listNum = 0
}

I could not reproduce this with the most recent master. If you still experience this bug after upgrading, please report and give us your exact configuration.
Also make sure that you have executed the FAL migration wizard if you upgraded from an older version. Otherwise, FAL will not have these files accessible. And please report if it does not work on an unmigrated installation of TYPO3 6.0, as this is a clear bug.

Thanks, perhaps it was a migration failure from updating. But we downgrade to 4.7. There where too many things/ext which not working with 6.0.
