Description
When a new language is configured, all language packages for all configured languages are loaded again. I would like to be able to load only one language, e.g. by click on the language name in the table header.

This feature is now part of the patch for http://forge.typo3.org/issues/40833. It's now possible to check and update each extension / language combination manually.
