Description

Hello core team!

If an FE user create a new account with his date of birth, date of birth does not match in BE with the data from the FE.

Example:
20.09.1965 FE (input)
19.09.1965 BE Feuser list DB?

Known to have two cases, two discussions:

http://forge.typo3.org/issues/16893 and http://forge.typo3.org/issues/35796

But until now there is no solution

When will there be a solution to this?
