Description

Since the recycler is part of TYPO3, it always filters for some table as default. This is confusing for some editors because they don’t realize it to first change this filter. For better usability this filter should be all tables as default.
It would also be better to rename it from »Table« to »Type« because the editors don’t think that it is a database table of the system, the editor just thinks this is a »different type of content«.

  • TYPO3 Version changed from 6.0 to 7

There are two issues mentioned in this task:

1) Default filter to "any"
=> this is the case with the rewritten recycler

2) Rename "table" to "type"
=> is is still valid and a good point. But I would go for "record type" instead of "types"
