Description

Hello,

I don't know why, but in my LocalConfiguration.php file, the 2 extensions "about" & "tsconfig_help" are not in the "extListArray" but they are both loaded in the TYPO3 backend and in the extension manager list.

If I try to diable them by the extension manager, nothing change.

I make my test with a fresh installation of TYPO3 6.0.0
