Spinning icon on updating extensions

Description
When an extension is updated you get a faded white page and there is a spinning icon. This icon is halfway the list of extensions, which generally means it is not visible. It would make more sense if the activity is shown at the top of the page (in a messagebox)

The extension manager got quite some updates. Now you have a nice message when the extension is updated.
