ThreadStackSize Warning Message

Description
Within the install tools basic configuration, you can see a warning "ThreadStackSize" if the size is to small. While the new extension manager (and probably some other extbase extensions too) isn't working without a higher value of the ThreadStackSize, this Message should be displayed as "Error" instead of a "Warning" Message in case of a low ThreadStackSize value.

It's not possible to read the actual ThreadStackSize of the installation. The message is shown if the webserver is Apache and the OS is Windows.
Because the actual value is unknown in the Install Tool we shouldn't display it as an error (the message is also shown if the ThreadStackSize is large enough), but it is serious enough to show it as a warning.
