Install tool: thumbnails settings wrong when no ImageMagick available

Description

The second option in the "All configuration Setting" o the install tool - [thumbnails] - won't switch to "checked" if there is no ImageMagick installation available. But it also does not through any error messages, instead the confirmation page (prior to TYPO3 CMS v6) indicates that the attribute in question has been set to 1. Back in the regular form it is unchecked again.

Tested and reproduced on:
MAMP 2.1
No ImageMagick
php 5.3.4
TYPO3 4.6, 4.7, 6.0

does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?
