After working with install tool (compare db etc.) i see few entries in log module with following message:
Core: Error handler (BE): PHP Runtime Deprecation Notice: mysql_list_dbs(): This function is deprecated; use mysql_query() with SHOW DATABASES instead in /typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Database/DatabaseConnection.php line 1162
