The clear cache all in the backend of TYPO3 4.5.25 doesn't work with Internet Explorer 10.

Can you please check your "document modus" if it is set up to standard mode. What doesn't work for you? Which version are you trying?

There was a fix for IE and clear cache menu. See for the patch https://review.typo3.org/#/c/18453/ This will be included in 4.5.26.

As Wouter pointed out there is one IE related fix in the current version branches. Please checkout out the latest one or wait until the next release announcement is out.
