Update warning text in System Enviroment Check

Description
Warning text (red alert) for maximum upload file size should be corrected in Install Tool -> System Enviroment Check:
(1) missing punctuation between "upload_max_filesize=xxx" and "By default..."
(2) letter "Y" should be lowercase in: "(You can alter the TYPO3 defaults..."
See attached screenshot.
Text should read:
upload_max_filesize=2M. By default TYPO3 supports uploading, copying and moving files of sizes up to 10MB (you can alter the TYPO3 defaults by the config option ...)
