Description

Due to obsolete phpDoc comments, \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Utility\BackendUtility::helpText() was deprecated while it is still used by \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Utility\BackendUtility::wrapInHelp().

The phpDoc comments must be updated and the deprecation of helpText() reverted. The current situation absolutely floods the deprecation log.
