Description

With the replacement of the flash uploader with the html5-uploader the progress bar of the flash uploader got lost. Depending on the browser the user is now again left alone with the upload-process and unexperienced editors think that the process hangs because there's no ux-feedback.

So a progress bar should be implemented again.
