Description

Browsers do not auto-fill OpenID fields, while they do that fine with username/password fields.

To make it as easy as possible for the user to log in with his OpenID, we should pre-fill the OpenID field in the backend login form automatically when the user logged into TYPO3 backend successfully through OpenID last time.

As stated in the review already, since CMS 7.2 you can use your loginproviders for that.
