The switch to a BE user was in the context-menu "since ages" (4.1 or even earlier, see #17494). It was available until 4.7 it seems.

Do we still want this in the context menu?
My opinion: only have this in the be-user module.

It seems nobody else missed it. And having a usable BE-user-module would be higher priority imho. So let's forget about this now.
