Bug #51537: Add distribution management to extension manager
Enable automatic t3d import for extensions

Description
As preparation for the new distribution (introduction package ...) handling extensions should be able to provide initial t3d imports. These are then imported on the root level upon installing the extension.
The t3d file has to be called data.t3d and located in <extension>/Initialisation/data.t3d.

Behaviour should be changed to accept any filename so that in the end it is possible to add as many files as you want.
Especially if you develop an extension and want to deliver preconfigured content to it. As soon as you provide new functionalities and want to show them off instantly it makes a lot of sense. IMHO.
