Description

In 2e3c9d5e the Class

/typo3/sysext/dbal/Classes/ExtensionManager/MessageDisplay.php

was deleted. This class is used to display a message in the Extension Manager in the settings of the dbal extension. If it is not there a PHP error occurs:

Failed opening required 'typo3/sysext/dbal/Classes/ExtensionManager/MessageDisplay.php
