Description
I have js alert (Error - reference to main window is not set properly!), when:
1. open window to add a new photo in RTE
2. searching a photo in your filelist (open and close some folders - required)
3. select a photo
4. js alert appear
And probably another bug (maybe it depends on above):
Sometimes on Chrome (Windows), when I click on a folder with files in filelist (or when I want to select photo with RTE), the folder disappears.

This should be solved with #50437 can you test with that patch?

Yes I tested and this patch didn't resolve my bug.
I still have js alert: Error - reference to main window is not set properly!

There were some other small corrections in latest 6.0 and 6.1 releases of TYPO3 CMS, can you check your problem with latest version again and report back if the problem is solved? (Don't forget to clear your TYPO3 and your Browser cache after update, as the change is inside the auto generated minified backend JS files).
