Description

The latest version of patch https://review.typo3.org/#/c/24066/ will throw an exception inside an itemsProcFunc call for backend forms. However \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Form\FormEngine is not able to catch exceptions.

This patch adds an exception catching mechanism in \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Form\FormEngine::procItems().

This not really a feature, but it enables developers to throw exceptions in itemsProcFunc, which may be nice for reporting problems. So I labeled it a "Task" ;-)
