Table properties almost doesn't display at all with firefox/chrome, in the RTE.
looks like this issue : #34634.
I use Typo3 4.5 but it's the same with the typo3 demo site http://demo.typo3.org/.

Can't reproduce on TYPO3 CMS 6.2.12 on Windows WAMP enviroment PHP 5.5.12
Tested with:
Chrome 42.0.2311.90
Firefox 37.0.2
IE 10.0.9200.17296
