The settings in LocalConfiguration for storing information about install tool wizards are stored using non-namespaced class names.
This causes problems with reading these settings, since the class names used now are namespaced.
Improve the situation by adding a converter function to the silent configuration updater.
Example:
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['INSTALL']['wizardDone']['Tx_Install_Updates_File_TceformsUpdateWizard']
is now
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['INSTALL']['wizardDone']['TYPO3\\CMS\\Install\\Updates\\TceformsUpdateWizard']
