INSERT INTO sys_history (history_data,fieldlist,tstamp,tablename,recuid,sys_log_uid) VALUES (foobar,'configuration','1391101668','sys_file_storage','3',NULL)
Error:
Column 'sys_log_uid' cannot be null
With disabled logging there will be no sys_log record and no log_uid to be inserted.
