Description

The inline upload function introduced in https://review.typo3.org/27237/ throws a fatal PHP error, if the editor does not have access to the default upload folder:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getCombinedIdentifier() on a non-object in /var/www/typo3_src/typo3_src-master/typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/Form/Element/InlineElement.php on line 914

A check is missing if the folder was set (and not FALSE) and if it is writable.
