Description
So far the entries "Hide/Unhide" and "Visibility settings" always
showed up in the ClickMenu. We need to check via excludefields if the
other has any right to change such a field or hide the icons.
Otherwise the editor had a lamp-symbol saying "Hide" which did nothing or ended up selecting "Visibility settings" which lead him to an empty dialog since we wasn't allowed to view any of those fields.
This behaviour was originally observed in 4.5.x but still exists in master (to become 6.2) so far.
