When you add a new image to an content element or some other new element to a IRRE field the current screen/frame gets transformed. See attachment.

This happens in Chrome and Chromium on Ubuntu. FF on Ubuntu doesn't have this problem.

This line is the problem but do not know how to fix this currently. Removing the lines prevents the browser problems but then we lose the scrollTo part.
