Method func_delete catches an InsufficientFileAccessPermissionsException instead of an expected InsufficientFolderAccessPermissionsException.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Enter file list
  2. Create folder
  3. Folder is shown as RW in file list, delete icon is visible
  4. On your shell, make the folder readonly ($ chmod -w foldername)
  5. In TYPO3, click the delete icon and confirm
  6. An uncaught exception will occur

With the patch, the exception is caught and a proper error message is shown.
