Description

There are date/datetime/time utility methods spread all around the core. Some are implemented in BackendUtility, others in GeneralUtility and maybe even at other locations.

Those methods should get moved to the new "DateTimeUtility" class introduced by patch/review:

Additionally there are bugfix patches/reviews for fixing leap year issues of the "calcAge" method:
