PAGE.inlineLanguageLabel should handle LLL reference

This option allow to pass to javascript some language labels. But this option doesn't allow to pass any LLL reference. In "TYPO3\CMS\Core\Page\PageRenderer", the only way to include a LLL term is to add the entire LLL file.

It could be great if :
  • We can add a LLL reference in TS
  • We can add a LLL file in TS (inlineLanguageLabelFile ?)

In addition, The "ExtJS specific" comment is deprecated according to #21088
