Add warning in Reports module if activateContentAdapter is active

Description
Performance impact of this backwards compatibility setting is quite large. The Reports module should warn if the setting is active to encourage integrators to modify the TypoScript to support FAL files.

Since I received this warning for the first project I migrated to TYPO3 6.2:
As it is issued as a warning the impact seems to be big.
But I haven't found any documentation on what to change in the typoscript.
Can I still use css_styled_content?
Is a documentation on what to change available somewhere?
If yes, might it make sense to add a link to it to the warning?
