Install tool - login mails do not respect [MAIL][defaultMailFromAddress]

Description

If [BE][warning_email_addr] is configured to an e-mail address, then the install tool sends emails about successful and failed login tool attempts.

The default sender address for those e-mails is set to '', which may result in spamfilters to block the e-mails.

If [MAIL][defaultMailFromAddress] is configured, the install tool should set this e-mail address as sender for successful and failed login tool attempts.
