Description

Reproduction:
- Create a "Header" Content Element
- Go to "Link" and open the "Link Wizard"
- Click the tab "File" and upload a new file
- After the file was uploaded, you cannot click it - nothing happens (you need to close and open the "Link Wizard" again to link the new file)
