Description

By uploading a zip extension in extension manager, i.e. "powermail_cond_jquery", the installation failed with an exception "fopen(../typo3conf/ext/powermail_cond_jquery/js/powermail_cond.js): failed to open stream".

A part of the extension is uploaded, but some folders, in this examples "js", are missing.

Do the folders have proper permissions?
Especially the auto-generated "js" folder?
