Description
\TYPO3\CMS\Saltedpasswords\Utility\ExtensionManagerConfigurationUtility contains many hardcoded texts which cannot be translated.

Still an issue in 6.2.12 and 7(master); the file is /typo3/sysext/saltedpasswords/Classes/Utility/ExtensionManagerConfigurationUtility.php
