Description
I just updated my installation from TYPO3 6.1.7 to 6.2.3. After fixing the folder permissions, running the Upgrade Wizard and comparing my database (and clearing all cache) in the Install Tool, I get the following error when clicking items from the TYPO3 backend menu, such as the Ext. Manager, Backend users, Log, etc.:

It's only one specific installation that gives me this error. Other installations (all local) work fine.

Does it help to clear all system caches (Install Tool -> Important Actions)?

Yes. Interestingly hadn't tried this one. Emptying typo3temp or using the BE options to clear cache wouldn't work. Thank you!

Well the extbase reflection cache is in DB and will only be cleared by installing extensions or using the install tool clearing function.
Can I close the ticket?
