Description

I just updated my installation from TYPO3 6.1.7 to 6.2.3. After fixing the folder permissions, running the Upgrade Wizard and comparing my database (and clearing all cache) in the Install Tool, I get the following error when clicking items from the TYPO3 backend menu, such as the Ext. Manager, Backend users, Log, etc.:

Fatal error: Call to a member function isEnvironmentInFrontendMode() on a non-object in [...]/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Configuration/ConfigurationManager.php on line 68

It's only one specific installation that gives me this error. Other installations (all local) work fine.
