Description

when adding the UserElements button to the RTE, the button shows in the RTE menu bar. But if you click on the button, the following error appears:

#1392409507: Invalid form/module token detected. Access Denied! 
UnexpectedValueException thrown in file
/usr/share/typo3/typo3_src-6.2.3/typo3/mod.php in line 39.

The button obviously has a wrong link, which misses the newly introduced form protection token.

How is this button created?
Can you please post your setup for reproduction. Thanks.
